Wessex Angus is getting ready to depart for Southern Ireland later this week.
Angus has been residing in Essex for the last couple of years where he has produced some very nice offspring but a change in sire was needed on that little herd so we were able to bring Angus home and provide a new bull with different bloodlines.
We are really pleased with how this home bred bull has matured and I am sure he will do very well in his new home where he will be used as a sire on dairy heifers with breeds not often seen here in the UK – we very much look forward to seeing some of these cross bred calves on the ground.
