We got a steer back from the butchers this week and have been doing some sampling!
Fillet, sirloin and rump tried on Friday and all tender and delicious, a nice topside joint today for Sunday lunch and again tender and very tasty.
A little more fat coverage wouldn’t have gone amiss but there was sufficient to hang for 21 days and there is marbling throughout the meat.
Anyone interested in a box of Lowline beef – we are initially offering 20kg or 10kg mixed boxes. When we have regular stocks of beef we will look at pricing everything individually for your own selection – please advise – what would be your preference -quantities etc.
