We have had our steer back from the butchers and its is looking good. This one is 30day aged. We have all the usual cuts available: Fillet, Rump, Sirloin steak, mince, roasting joints including rib, rolled sirloin, topside, silverside, top rump, brisket/pot roast and then the lovely stewing cuts inc my personal favourite – Shin of beef plus braising steak, stewing meat and skirt. We can arrange a next day delivery by courier for £15 throughout England for anyone not local to us.
It will be sold under our sister enterprise Chase Royale as we will also be selling our Dorset farm reared lamb, boer goat and pork which we raise on our adjoining land.
